i'm a new producer can someone please explain to me why the 'no lie' snare is considered cringe?

some of my favorite rage rap songs use this snare but i started making beats with my friend and he was clowning me for using it :(

Can someone explain why the no lie snare is corny and if i can use it in my songs?
